This policy explains download access for digital books and tools purchased from Hisham Nasr through Ultra Top. It applies to new purchases made under this policy and does not reduce rights attached to an earlier purchase.
Access after payment
Download access is issued only after successful payment is confirmed. Use the download links in your order confirmation or go to My Account → Downloads. Sign in to the customer account associated with your purchase. New customers can create their account during checkout; an account is required for purchasing and downloading these products.
How the limits work
The limit applies separately to each download file listed in your order, not to the bundle as a whole. A bundle containing several downloads gives you a separate allowance for every included file. A ZIP archive counts as one download file; extracting it, opening the files inside it, or reading a saved copy does not use another download.
The download link stops working when its 30-day access period ends or its five-download allowance is used, whichever happens first. Your order download information shows the expiry date and remaining allowance. An interrupted download request may count toward the allowance; contact support if a technical problem uses your attempts.
Keep and use your saved copies
The download-access period does not expire or remotely disable files you have already saved. You may keep a personal backup, read your saved book and use or print the included tools for your own personal use under the Terms of Use. Save your purchased files to a device you control during the access period.
Personal use and link sharing
Your purchase is a personal-use licence. Do not share your account credentials or order download links, give others access to your purchased files, upload them publicly, redistribute them or resell them without permission, except where applicable law permits. Forwarding an order email does not transfer the licence or create a download entitlement for another person.
Help with downloading
If a link expires, a download fails or you need access after changing devices, email support@ultra-top.net with your order number, the email used for your purchase and the affected file. After verifying the purchase, we can review the problem and restore or extend access where appropriate. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents.
Refunds and your rights
The 30-day download-access period is separate from the 14-day period for reporting order or file problems described in our Refund Policy. Download limits do not remove remedies for missing, defective or misdescribed files, or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Information handling is covered by our Privacy Policy.
