Ultra Top offers downloadable ebooks, PDF tools and spreadsheet files by Hisham Nasr. No physical goods are shipped, so no physical return or return postage is required.
Problems with an order
If a file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, contact support@ultra-top.net. Please provide your order number, product name and a short explanation. We will help restore access or supply a corrected file. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will provide an appropriate refund. Duplicate charges for the same order will be reviewed and corrected.
Requests after download
Please contact us within 14 days of purchase so we can investigate promptly. We do not offer a general change-of-mind refund after files have been downloaded. This limit does not remove any remedy or time limit required by applicable consumer law. Requests made before download will be reviewed individually.
Download access and technical problems
New purchases include up to 5 downloads of each included download file within 30 days after payment is confirmed, whichever limit is reached first. This access period is separate from the 14-day period for reporting order or file problems above. Download expiry or an exhausted allowance does not remove remedies for defective or misdescribed files. If a technical failure affects your allowance or access, contact support with your order number so we can verify the purchase and help restore access. See our Download & Personal Use Policy.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported. The payment provider and your bank control when the credit appears. We will confirm the action taken by email; we do not promise a fixed bank processing time.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to defective or misdescribed digital content. This policy does not restrict honest reviews or your right to contact your payment provider.
